3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 PRICES

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other and do not apply to the selection of discounted or promotional items. REMBS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Prices in euros (€) include VAT for sales within the European Union. Prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency. Prices will be updated automatically. All discount percentages communicated in our promotions refer to prices in euros. Discount percentages may vary when applying necessary currency exchange changes. Sales to countries outside the European Union do not include VAT but are subject to possible taxes and duties. The customer can prepay these taxes and duties during the checkout process or choose to pay them at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer according to the current legal provisions. The amount of these taxes varies depending on the country and the total amount of the invoice in euros. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the order.

3.2 PAYMENT SECURITY

REMBS offers the customer several payment methods. All these methods are secure and encrypted. REMBS STUDIO S.L. cannot see or store the customer’s information. The online payment methods offered are shown during the checkout process. These methods also guarantee that no disinterested party can use the data, as they are based on protected algorithms that transmit information encrypted so that it is only visible to banking entities.

3.3. CORRECTION OF PRICE ERRORS

We strive to ensure that all information, including prices, is accurate and up to date on our website. However, unintentional pricing errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, that is, a significant variation between the reasonable price and the sale price established on the website due to a typographical error, transcription error, error in the pricing information received from our suppliers, technological and computer errors, or any other error in the presentation of the price to the customer, REMBS reserves the right to refuse the order, as well as to cancel or request the return of any order placed for products listed at the manifestly incorrect price. In the event that the correct price of the product is higher than the listed price, we will contact you to offer you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel your order. If the product has already been delivered at a manifestly incorrect price, we reserve the right to request the return of the product or, alternatively, offer you the option to pay the difference between the incorrect price and the correct price of the product. We will contact you to coordinate the return or additional payment. This policy applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed, the payment has been processed, or the product has been delivered. 4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

4.1 COUNTRIES, DELIVERY METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS

Currently, we only ship to countries in Europe. Depending on the country of delivery, the user is offered different shipping methods and delivery times, each with a different shipping price.

4.2 PREPARATION TIMES

We ship all orders within 24/48 hours after the order confirmation that the customer receives by email. If the customer believes their order is being delayed, they can contact our customer service team by writing to hello@rembsjewellery.com. REMBS STUDIO S.L. is not held responsible for external factors that may delay or prevent a delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners.

4.3 SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a link for detailed tracking of your shipment.

High Demand Periods: During sales or special promotions (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas), delivery times by courier companies may be affected by a higher logistical load. Summer Recess (August): At REMBS, we operate as an independent studio focused on the artisanal and personalized creation of each piece. In order to ensure the well-being of our team and maintain our quality standards, our shipping service will remain paused during the month of August. All orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped in order of receipt starting from the first week of September. We appreciate your understanding and support for our firm’s slow-work philosophy.

5. CHANGES AND RETURNS

5.1. DEADLINE AND REQUEST

REMBS accepts returns and exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery date. To return an item, the customer must make a request through our form in the SHIPPING AND RETURNS section. Once received, we will send detailed instructions by email.

5.2. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Once the return is received and approved in our studio, REMBS will proceed to refund the product amount using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued. Shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns will be borne entirely by the customer. Therefore, when making the payment to the customer, the full amount of the transport cost will be deducted from the total to be refunded. The timeframe for the refund to be effective will depend on the customer’s banking entity. REMBS is not responsible for returns that do not reach our facilities or are lost in transit when these are managed by transport means external to our logistics.

5.3 EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

For reasons of hygiene and health, exchanges or returns of earrings are not accepted, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. This exception applies in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.

5.4 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or one that does not correspond to your order, we would appreciate it if you follow these steps: Send us an email to hello@rembsjewellery.com indicating your order number and attaching photographs of the affected product. Our team will review the incident to offer you an agile and efficient solution.

5.5 SPECIAL SALES AND FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during site-wide sales or those specifically marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds. We ask that you carefully review the details of your purchase (sizes, materials, and specifications) before finalizing the order, as these conditions are binding.

5.6 PRODUCT CONDITION

It is essential that the jewelry arrives in perfect condition, within its original packaging and without evident signs of use. Otherwise, the return will be rejected and the product will be resent to the customer at their expense. Products purchased during a promotion period will be refunded following the conditions of said promotion. If the partial or total return of an order invalidates the promotion under which the purchase was made, REMBS reserves the right to: Require the return of promotional products. Carry out the refund by recalculating the order discounts by applying the conditions in force at the time of purchase.

Return packaging conditions: It is essential that the products returned by the customer arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition; within their original packaging, with the label and without evident signs of use, otherwise the request will be rejected. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide adequate packaging so that the items arrive at REMBS in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the return.

6. WARRANTY

All REMBS pieces come with a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase is strictly required for all claims. Our warranty exclusively covers production defects in materials and craftsmanship.

It does not include:

Accidental damage or physical abuse.
Normal wear and tear.
Oxidation or fading of gold plating (Vermeil).
Broken, tangled, or lost chains.
Cracked or chipped stones, pearls, or gems.
Bending of rings and earring posts.

Additionally, the warranty is voided if the item has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party. For any warranty claims regarding manufacturing defects, please contact us at hello@rembsjewellery.com. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide further instructions.

6.1. JEWELLERY CARE

With mindful care, your REMBS jewellery is designed to preserve its beauty for years to come. However, please note that all surface treatments and fine platings, such as 18k Gold Vermeil or a Rhodium finish, may naturally evolve over time. The longevity of these precious layers depends on various factors, including storage habits, frequency of wear, and individual skin acidity. This natural evolution is a characteristic of fine plating and is not considered a manufacturing fault. To restore your piece to its original brilliance and replenish its plating, we recommend visiting a professional jeweller for a replating service, ensuring your jewellery continues to shine as it did on day one.

7. CUSTOMER SERVICE

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation/extraction, opposition, limitation, or portability. To do so, they must contact our customer service team by email at hello@rembsjewellery.com

8. LIABILITY & JURISDICTION

Both access to the website and any unauthorized use that may be made of the information contained therein is the exclusive responsibility of the person who performs it. REMBS STUDIO S.L. will not be responsible for any consequence, damage, or harm that may derive from such access or use. REMBS STUDIO S.L. is not responsible for security errors that may occur, nor for damages that may be caused to the user’s computer system (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored therein, as a result of:

The presence of a virus on the user’s computer used for connection to the website’s services and contents.
A malfunction of the browser.
And/or the use of non-updated versions of the same.

REMBS STUDIO S.L. does not guarantee the utility of these links, nor is it responsible for the contents or services that the user may access through these links, or the proper functioning of these websites. REMBS STUDIO S.L. will not be responsible for viruses or other computer programs that deteriorate or may deteriorate the computer systems or equipment of users when accessing its website or other websites accessed through links on this website.

9. E-GIFT CARD CONDITIONS

9.1 PURCHASE

REMBS e-Gift Cards can only be purchased on our website www.rembsjewellery.com. You can choose the gift card amount on its product page. Its use is restricted exclusively to the purchase of REMBS products on our website www.rembsjewellery.com. It is not possible to reload the balance of your REMBS Gift Card once it has been used. E-Gift Cards can be paid for with any of the payment methods accepted on the website. A digital Gift Card cannot be paid for with another gift card, discount codes, or other promotional discounts. All REMBS Gift Cards are digital and will be sent by email to the provided address. No physical gift card can be sent to any postal address. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Important: Gift Card buyers must ensure they provide the correct email address. Gift Card recipients are responsible for remembering the Gift Card email, as we cannot provide a new one if the Gift Card is deleted from their inbox.

9.2 USE AND VALIDITY OVER TIME AND SPACE

REMBS Gift Cards can only be used at www.rembsjewellery.com. REMBS E-Gift Cards do not have an expiry date. It is only possible to use one Gift Card per purchase. However, it is possible to combine it with a discount code and other payment methods offered at checkout. The Gift Card balance can be checked at any time by clicking on the link in the gift card email.

9.3 SPECIAL EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS

The Gift Card is an electronic product whose main purpose is to be used as a payment method. Therefore, Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchange of items purchased with an e-Gift Card: Items purchased with an electronic gift card can only be exchanged. They cannot be refunded to a credit card or any other payment method.

Return of items purchased with an e-Gift Card: If the customer wishes to return any product purchased with a gift card, the amount will be credited to a new gift card. If the customer decides to return an item purchased partially with an e-Gift Card, the amount paid via the gift card will be credited to a new card, and not by any other means. The amount paid via another payment method will be refunded via that same payment method.

9.4 PRIVACY

To process the purchase of a Gift Card, some personal data are required, such as: First Name, Last Name, and email address. This data will only be used for the management of the electronic gift card and will not be kept for any other purpose.

9.5 LIABILITY

The issuer of the Gift Card is REMBS STUDIO S.L., which is also the owner of said card. The Gift Card is a bearer document. Responsibility for the use and custody of the Card belongs exclusively to its holder or recipient. The recipient of the Gift Card will be solely responsible for its use and custody. REMBS is not responsible for the loss or deletion of the Gift Card email, therefore no refund or creation of a new Card will be processed. The presentation of the purchase receipt by the buyer does not entitle them to any refund or the creation of a new Gift Card. Unless prior written authorization from REMBS is obtained, the Gift Card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes for products or services marketed by third parties external to REMBS. In the case of purchasing a gift card, REMBS is not responsible for non-receipt or delay in receipt by its recipient for reasons beyond REMBS’s control, such as: deficiencies in telecommunication lines, loss of information, inaccuracy of the Gift Card recipient’s data, impossibility of delivering the card to the email account provided by the buyer, or if the email goes to spam. This Notice shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. REMBS STUDIO S.L. and the users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any controversy that may arise from access to or use of the website. In the event that the user has their domicile outside of Spain, REMBS STUDIO S.L. and the user submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.

3. PRECIOS Y PAGOS

3.1 PRECIOS

Los códigos de descuento no son acumulables entre ellos y no aplican a la selección de artículos rebajados o en promoción.

REMBS se reserva el derecho de modificar sus precios en cualquier momento.

Los precios en euros (€) incluyen el IVA para las ventas dentro de la Unión Europea.

Los precios se muestran en la divisa local del cliente. Los precios se actualizarán automáticamente.

Todos los porcentajes de descuentos comunicados en nuestras promociones hacen referencia a los precios en euro. Los porcentajes de descuento pueden variar al aplicar los cambios de divisa necesarios.

Las ventas a países fuera de la Unión Europea no incluyen el IVA, pero están sujetas a posibles impuestos y aranceles. El cliente puede prepagar esos impuestos y aranceles durante el proceso de compra o decantarse por pagarlos en el momento de la entrega.

Dichos métodos también garantizan que ninguna parte desinteresada pueda usar los datos, ya que están basados en algoritmos protegidos que transmiten la información encriptada, de modo que solo sea visible para las entidades bancarias.

3.3. CORRECCIÓN DE ERRORES DE PRECIO

Si el producto ya ha sido entregado a un precio manifiestamente incorrecto, nos reservamos el derecho de solicitar la devolución del producto o, alternativamente, ofrecerle la opción de pagar la diferencia entre el precio incorrecto y el precio correcto del producto. Nos pondremos en contacto con usted para coordinar la devolución o el pago adicional.

4.ENVÍOS Y ENTREGAS

4.1 PAÍSES, MÉTODOS DE ENTREGA Y GASTOS DE ENVÍO

Actualmente enviamos únicamente a países de Europa. Dependiendo del país de entrega, se le proponen al usuario diferentes métodos de envío y plazos de entrega, cada uno con un precio de envío diferente.

4.2 TIEMPOS DE PREPARACIÓN

Enviamos todos los pedidos en 24/48 horas después de la confirmación de pedido que el cliente recibe por email.

Si el cliente piensa que su pedido se está demorando, puede ponerse en contacto con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente escribiendo a hello@rembsjewellery.com. REMBS STUDIO S.L.. no se considera responsable de aquellos factores externos que puedan retrasar o impedir una entrega y no estén cubiertos por nuestros partners logísticos.

4.3 ENVÍO Y SEGUIMIENTO DE PEDIDO

Una vez procesado y enviado su pedido, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación que incluirá un enlace para realizar el seguimiento detallado de su envío.
Periodos de Alta Demanda:

Durante épocas de rebajas o promociones especiales (tales como Black Friday, Cyber Monday o Navidad), los tiempos de entrega por parte de las empresas de mensajería pueden verse afectados por una mayor carga logística. Cualquier actualización relevante en el estado de su envío le será notificada puntualmente. En caso de identificar alguna incidencia, le rogamos se ponga en contacto con nosotros a través de hello@rembsjewellery.com.

Receso Estival (Agosto):

En REMBS, operamos como un estudio independiente centrado en la creación artesanal y personalizada de cada pieza. Con el fin de garantizar el bienestar de nuestro equipo y mantener nuestros estándares de calidad, nuestro servicio de envíos permanecerá pausado durante el mes de agosto.
Todos los pedidos realizados durante este periodo serán procesados y enviados por orden de recepción a partir de la primera semana de septiembre. Agradecemos su comprensión y apoyo a la filosofía de trabajo pausado de nuestra firma.

5. CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

5.1. PLAZO Y SOLICITUD

REMBS acepta devoluciones y cambios hasta 14 días después de la fecha de entrega.

Para devolver un artículo, el cliente debe hacer una solicitud a través de nuestro formulario en el apartado ENVIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES. Una vez recibida, le enviaremos las instrucciones detalladas por correo electrónico.

5.2. COSTES DE ENVIO POR DEVOLUCION O CAMBIO

Una vez recibida y aprobada la devolución en nuestro estudio, REMBS procederá al reembolso del importe del producto utilizando el mismo método de pago empleado en la compra inicial. Los gastos de envío asociados a cambios y devoluciones correrán íntegramente a cargo del cliente. Por tanto, al realizar el abono al cliente, se descontará el importe íntegro del coste del transporte del total a devolver. El coste original del envío no es reembolsable y no se incluirá en ninguna nota de crédito emitida.

El plazo para que el reembolso sea efectivo dependerá de la entidad bancaria del cliente.

REMBS no se hace responsable de las devoluciones que no lleguen a nuestras instalaciones o se pierdan en el trayecto cuando estas sean gestionadas por medios de transporte ajenos a nuestra logística.

5.3 PRODUCTOS EXCLUIDOS

Por motivos de higiene y salud, no se aceptan cambios ni devoluciones de pendientes, a menos que el producto presente un defecto de fabricación. Esta excepción se aplica de acuerdo con la normativa vigente de protección al consumidor.

5.4 ARTICULOS DAÑADOS O INCORRECTOS

Si recibes un artículo dañado o que no corresponde con tu pedido, te agradeceremos que sigas estos pasos:

Nuestro equipo revisará la incidencia para ofrecerte una solución de forma ágil y eficiente.

5.5 VENTAS ESPECIALES Y ARTICULOS DE VENTA FINAL

Los artículos adquiridos durante promociones en nuestra web o aquellos marcados específicamente como “venta final” no son aptos para cambios, devoluciones ni reembolsos.

Le rogamos que revise cuidadosamente los detalles de su compra (tallas, materiales y especificaciones) antes de finalizar el pedido, ya que estas condiciones son vinculantes.

5.6 ESTADO DEL PRODUCTO

Es imprescindible que las joyas lleguen en perfecto estado, dentro de su embalaje original y sin signos evidentes de uso. De lo contrario, la devolución será rechazada y el producto se reenviará al cliente a su cargo.

Los productos comprados en periodo de promoción serán reembolsados siguiendo las condiciones de dicha promoción. Si la devolución parcial o total de un pedido invalida la promoción bajo la que se realizó la compra, REMBS se reserva el derecho a:

Exigir la devolución de productos promocionales.
Realizar el reembolso recalculando los descuentos del pedido aplicando las condiciones vigentes en el momento de realizar la compra.

Condiciones de embalaje de la devolución:

Es imprescindible que los productos que devuelva el cliente lleguen a nuestro almacén en perfecto estado; dentro de su embalaje original, con la etiqueta y sin signos evidentes de uso, de lo contrario la petición será rechazada.

Es la responsabilidad del cliente proporcionar un embalaje adecuado para que los artículos lleguen a REMBS en perfectas condiciones. Si los artículos se reciben en malas condiciones, no podremos procesar la devolución.

6. GARANTÍA

Todas las piezas de REMBS cuentan con una garantía de 3 años a partir de la fecha de entrega. Se requiere estrictamente el comprobante de compra para todas las reclamaciones.

Nuestra garantía cubre exclusivamente defectos de producción en los materiales y la mano de obra.

No incluye:

Daños accidentales o mal uso de la pieza.
Desgaste normal por el uso.
Oxidación o pérdida del baño de oro (Oro Vermeil o Rodio en piezas de plata).
Cadenas rotas, enredadas o perdidas.
Piedras, perlas o gemas agrietadas o astilladas.
Deformación de anillos y pernos de pendientes.

Además, la garantía quedará anulada si el artículo ha sido alterado, redimensionado o reparado por un tercero.

6.1. CUIDADO DE LAS PIEZAS

Con un cuidado consciente, tus joyas REMBS están diseñadas para preservar su belleza durante los próximos años. Sin embargo, ten en cuenta que todos los tratamientos superficiales y baños finos, como el Vermeil de Oro de 18k o el acabado en Rodio, pueden evolucionar de forma natural con el tiempo.

La longevidad de estas capas preciosas depende de varios factores, incluidos los hábitos de almacenamiento, la frecuencia de uso y la acidez individual de la piel. Esta evolución natural es una característica de los baños finos y no se considera un fallo de fabricación.

Para restaurar tu pieza a su brillo original y renovar su baño, recomendamos visitar a un joyero profesional para un servicio de re-bañado, asegurando que tu joya siga brillando como el primer día.

7. ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Registro General de Protección de Datos, el usuario podrá ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación/extracción, oposición, limitación o portabilidad.

8. RESPONSABILIDAD & JURISDICCIÓN

Tanto el acceso a la web como el uso no consentido que pueda efectuarse de la información contenida en la misma es de la exclusiva responsabilidad de quien lo realiza. REMBS STUDIO S.L. no responderá de ninguna consecuencia, daño o perjuicio que pudieran derivarse de dicho acceso o uso.

REMBS STUDIO S.L. no se hace responsable de los errores de seguridad, que se puedan producir ni de los daños que puedan causarse al sistema informático del usuario (hardware y software), o a los ficheros o documentos almacenados en el mismo, como consecuencia de:

La presencia de un virus en el ordenador del usuario que sea utilizado para la conexión a los servicios y contenidos de la web.
Un mal funcionamiento del navegador.
y/o del uso de versiones no actualizadas del mismo.

9. CONDICIONES DE LA E-GIFT CARD

9.1 COMPRA

Las e-Gift Cards de REMBS solo se pueden comprar en nuestra página web www.rembsjewellery.com

Puedes elegir el importe de la tarjeta regalo en su página de producto. Su uso está restringido exclusivamente a la compra de productos REMBS en nuestra página web www.rembsjewellery.com.

No es posible recargar el saldo de tu Tarjeta Regalo REMBS una vez que se haya utilizado.

Las e-Gift Cards pueden pagarse con cualquiera de los métodos de pago aceptados en el sitio web. No se puede pagar una Tarjeta Regalo digital con otra tarjeta regalo, códigos de descuento u otros descuentos promocionales.

Todas las Tarjetas Regalo REMBS son digitales, y se enviarán por correo electrónico al email proporcionado. No se puede enviar ninguna tarjeta regalo física a ninguna dirección postal.

Las tarjetas regalo no pueden canjearse por efectivo, devueltas, ni ser reembolsadas.

Importante:

Los compradores de Tarjetas Regalo tienen que asegurarse de proporcionar la dirección de correo electrónico correcta.

Los destinatarios de las Tarjetas Regalo son responsables de recordar el correo electrónico de la Tarjeta Regalo, ya que no podemos proporcionarle una nueva si la Tarjeta Regalo se borra de su bandeja de entrada.

9.2 USO Y VALIDEZ EN EL TIEMPO Y EL ESPACIO

Las Tarjetas Regalo REMBS únicamente pueden utilizarse en www.rembsjewellery.com.

Las Tarjetas Regalo REMBS no tienen fecha de caducidad. Sólo es posible utilizar una Tarjeta Regalo por compra. Sin embargo, es posible combinarla con un código descuento y otros métodos de pago ofrecidos en caja.

9.3 CONDICIONES ESPECIALES DE CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

La Tarjeta Regalo es un producto electrónico, cuya finalidad principal es ser utilizada como método de pago. Por lo tanto, las Tarjetas Regalo no pueden ser devueltas ni reembolsadas.

Cambio de artículos comprados con una e-Gift Card: Los artículos comprados con una tarjeta regalo electrónica sólo pueden cambiarse. No podrán ser reembolsados en una tarjeta de crédito ni en ningún otro método de pago.

Devolución de artículos comprados con una e-Gift Card: Si el cliente desea devolver algún producto comprado con una tarjeta regalo, el importe se abonará en una nueva tarjeta regalo.

Si el cliente decide devolver un artículo comprado de forma parcial con una e-Gift Card, el importe pagado a través de la tarjeta regalo se acreditará en una nueva tarjeta, y no por otro medio. El importe que haya pagado mediante otro método de pago se abonará mediante ese mismo método de pago.

9.4 PRIVACIDAD

Para procesar la compra de una Tarjeta Regalo, se requieren algunos datos personales, como: Nombre, Apellido y dirección de correo electrónico.

Estos datos sólo se utilizarán para la gestión de la tarjeta regalo electrónica y no se conservarán para ningún otro fin.

9.5 RESPONSABILIDAD

El emisor de la Tarjeta Regalo es REMBS STUDIO S.L., que también es el propietario de dicha tarjeta. La Tarjeta Regalo es un documento al portador. La responsabilidad del uso y la custodia de la Tarjeta corresponde exclusivamente a su depositario o destinatario.

El destinatario de la Tarjeta Regalo será el único responsable de su uso y custodia. REMBS no se hace responsable de la pérdida o anulación del correo electrónico de la Tarjeta Regalo, por lo que no se procederá al reembolso ni a la creación de una nueva Tarjeta.

La presentación del ticket de compra por parte del comprador no da derecho a ningún reembolso ni a la creación de una nueva Tarjeta Regalo.

Salvo autorización previa y por escrito de REMBS, la Tarjeta Regalo no podrá ser utilizada con fines publicitarios o promocionales de productos o servicios comercializados por terceros ajenos a REMBS.

En caso de adquirir una tarjeta regalo, REMBS no se hace responsable de la no recepción o el retraso en la recepción por parte de su destinatario por causas ajenas a REMBS, tales como: deficiencias en las líneas de telecomunicaciones, pérdida de información, inexactitud de los datos del destinatario de la Tarjeta Regalo, imposibilidad de entregar la tarjeta en la cuenta de correo electrónico facilitada por el comprador o en el caso de que el correo electrónico vaya a spam.

El presente Aviso se interpretará y regirá de conformidad con la legislación española. REMBS STUDIO S.L. y los usuarios, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles, se someten al de los juzgados y tribunales del domicilio del usuario para cualquier controversia que pudiera derivarse del acceso o uso de la web. En el caso de que el usuario tenga su domicilio fuera de España, REMBS STUDIO S.L. y el usuario, se someten, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero, a los juzgados y tribunales del domicilio de Barcelona.
