Shipping
All orders placed on the REMBS website are confirmed with an email. Estimated Delivery in 3-5 working days, with DHL Express. Shipping cost is free for orders above 250€.
Returns
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify us via email at hello@rembsjewellery.com within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. If you want to return an item, please complete the Return form on this page. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in a perfect condition, unworn and inside all the original packaging. Once we receive the item back with us, we will process a refund within 14 working days. We cannot be responsible for the time in which your bank may take to clear the money in the bank account.
