The use of the website implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these Terms of Service. Consequently, the user of the website must carefully read this document on each occasion they intend to use the website, as the text may undergo modifications at the discretion of the website owner, or due to a change in legislation, case law, or business practice.
The language used by the owner on the website will be English. REMBS STUDIO S.L. is not responsible for the user’s lack of understanding or comprehension of the website’s language, nor for its consequences.

The use of the website’s contents to promote, contract, or disclose advertising or information of one’s own or third parties without the authorization of REMBS STUDIO S.L. is prohibited, as is the sending of advertising or information using the services or information made available to users, regardless of whether the use is free or not. Links or hyperlinks incorporated by third parties on their websites, directed to this website, shall be for the opening of the complete website, and may not state, directly or indirectly, false, inaccurate, or confusing indications, nor incur in unfair or illicit actions against REMBS STUDIO S.L.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
3.1 PRICES
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other and do not apply to the selection of discounted or promotional items. REMBS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Prices in euros (€) include VAT for sales within the European Union. Prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency. Prices will be updated automatically. All discount percentages communicated in our promotions refer to prices in euros. Discount percentages may vary when applying necessary currency exchange changes. Sales to countries outside the European Union do not include VAT but are subject to possible taxes and duties. The customer can prepay these taxes and duties during the checkout process or choose to pay them at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer according to the current legal provisions. The amount of these taxes varies depending on the country and the total amount of the invoice in euros. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the order.
3.2 PAYMENT SECURITY
REMBS offers the customer several payment methods. All these methods are secure and encrypted. REMBS STUDIO S.L. cannot see or store the customer’s information. The online payment methods offered are shown during the checkout process. These methods also guarantee that no disinterested party can use the data, as they are based on protected algorithms that transmit information encrypted so that it is only visible to banking entities.
3.3. CORRECTION OF PRICE ERRORS
We strive to ensure that all information, including prices, is accurate and up to date on our website. However, unintentional pricing errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price, that is, a significant variation between the reasonable price and the sale price established on the website due to a typographical error, transcription error, error in the pricing information received from our suppliers, technological and computer errors, or any other error in the presentation of the price to the customer, REMBS reserves the right to refuse the order, as well as to cancel or request the return of any order placed for products listed at the manifestly incorrect price. If your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit for the amount of the incorrect price and cancel your order. In the event that the correct price of the product is higher than the listed price, we will contact you to offer you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel your order. If the product has already been delivered at a manifestly incorrect price, we reserve the right to request the return of the product or, alternatively, offer you the option to pay the difference between the incorrect price and the correct price of the product. We will contact you to coordinate the return or additional payment. This policy applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed, the payment has been processed, or the product has been delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
4.1 COUNTRIES, DELIVERY METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
Currently, we only ship to countries in Europe. Depending on the country of delivery, the user is offered different shipping methods and delivery times, each with a different shipping price.
4.2 PREPARATION TIMES
We ship all orders within 24/48 hours after the order confirmation that the customer receives by email. If the customer believes their order is being delayed, they can contact our customer service team by writing to hello@rembsjewellery.com. REMBS STUDIO S.L. is not held responsible for external factors that may delay or prevent a delivery and are not covered by our logistics partners.
4.3 SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a link for detailed tracking of your shipment.
High Demand Periods: During sales or special promotions (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas), delivery times by courier companies may be affected by a higher logistical load. Summer Recess (August): At REMBS, we operate as an independent studio focused on the artisanal and personalized creation of each piece. In order to ensure the well-being of our team and maintain our quality standards, our shipping service will remain paused during the month of August. All orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped in order of receipt starting from the first week of September. We appreciate your understanding and support for our firm’s slow-work philosophy.
5. CHANGES AND RETURNS
5.1. DEADLINE AND REQUEST
REMBS accepts returns and exchanges up to 14 days after the delivery date. To return an item, the customer must make a request through our form in the SHIPPING AND RETURNS section. Once received, we will send detailed instructions by email.
5.2. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Once the return is received and approved in our studio, REMBS will proceed to refund the product amount using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued. Shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns will be borne entirely by the customer. Therefore, when making the payment to the customer, the full amount of the transport cost will be deducted from the total to be refunded. The timeframe for the refund to be effective will depend on the customer’s banking entity. REMBS is not responsible for returns that do not reach our facilities or are lost in transit when these are managed by transport means external to our logistics.
5.3 EXCLUDED PRODUCTS
For reasons of hygiene and health, exchanges or returns of earrings are not accepted, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. This exception applies in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
5.4 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item or one that does not correspond to your order, we would appreciate it if you follow these steps: Send us an email to hello@rembsjewellery.com indicating your order number and attaching photographs of the affected product. Our team will review the incident to offer you an agile and efficient solution.

Claims made after this 48-hour window regarding transport damage or incorrect items may be rejected, as we cannot verify the condition of the goods after this period. Our team will review the incident and provide an agile and efficient solution.
5.5 SPECIAL SALES AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during site-wide sales or those specifically marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds. We ask that you carefully review the details of your purchase (sizes, materials, and specifications) before finalizing the order, as these conditions are binding.
5.6 PRODUCT CONDITION
It is essential that the jewelry arrives in perfect condition, within its original packaging and without evident signs of use. Otherwise, the return will be rejected and the product will be resent to the customer at their expense. Products purchased during a promotion period will be refunded following the conditions of said promotion. If the partial or total return of an order invalidates the promotion under which the purchase was made, REMBS reserves the right to: Require the return of promotional products. Carry out the refund by recalculating the order discounts by applying the conditions in force at the time of purchase.
Return packaging conditions: It is essential that the products returned by the customer arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition; within their original packaging, with the label and without evident signs of use, otherwise the request will be rejected. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide adequate packaging so that the items arrive at REMBS in perfect condition. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the return.
6. WARRANTY
All REMBS pieces come with a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase is strictly required for all claims. Our warranty exclusively covers production defects in materials and craftsmanship.
It does not include:
- Accidental damage or physical abuse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Oxidation or fading of gold plating (Vermeil).
- Broken, tangled, or lost chains.
- Cracked or chipped stones, pearls, or gems.
- Bending of rings and earring posts.
Additionally, the warranty is voided if the item has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party. For any warranty claims regarding manufacturing defects, please contact us at hello@rembsjewellery.com. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide further instructions.
6.1. JEWELLERY CARE
With mindful care, your REMBS jewellery is designed to preserve its beauty for years to come. However, please note that all surface treatments and fine platings, such as 18k Gold Vermeil or a Rhodium finish, may naturally evolve over time. The longevity of these precious layers depends on various factors, including storage habits, frequency of wear, and individual skin acidity. This natural evolution is a characteristic of fine plating and is not considered a manufacturing fault. To restore your piece to its original brilliance and replenish its plating, we recommend visiting a professional jeweller for a replating service, ensuring your jewellery continues to shine as it did on day one.
7. CUSTOMER SERVICE
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation/extraction, opposition, limitation, or portability. To do so, they must contact our customer service team by email at hello@rembsjewellery.com
8. LIABILITY & JURISDICTION
Both access to the website and any unauthorized use that may be made of the information contained therein is the exclusive responsibility of the person who performs it. REMBS STUDIO S.L. will not be responsible for any consequence, damage, or harm that may derive from such access or use. REMBS STUDIO S.L. is not responsible for security errors that may occur, nor for damages that may be caused to the user’s computer system (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored therein, as a result of:
- The presence of a virus on the user’s computer used for connection to the website’s services and contents.
- A malfunction of the browser.
- And/or the use of non-updated versions of the same.
REMBS STUDIO S.L. is not responsible for the reliability and speed of hyperlinks incorporated into the website for the opening of others. REMBS STUDIO S.L. does not guarantee the utility of these links, nor is it responsible for the contents or services that the user may access through these links, or the proper functioning of these websites. REMBS STUDIO S.L. will not be responsible for viruses or other computer programs that deteriorate or may deteriorate the computer systems or equipment of users when accessing its website or other websites accessed through links on this website.
9. E-GIFT CARD CONDITIONS
9.1 PURCHASE
REMBS e-Gift Cards can only be purchased on our website www.rembsjewellery.com. You can choose the gift card amount on its product page. Its use is restricted exclusively to the purchase of REMBS products on our website www.rembsjewellery.com. It is not possible to reload the balance of your REMBS Gift Card once it has been used. E-Gift Cards can be paid for with any of the payment methods accepted on the website. A digital Gift Card cannot be paid for with another gift card, discount codes, or other promotional discounts. All REMBS Gift Cards are digital and will be sent by email to the provided address. No physical gift card can be sent to any postal address. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Important: Gift Card buyers must ensure they provide the correct email address. Gift Card recipients are responsible for remembering the Gift Card email, as we cannot provide a new one if the Gift Card is deleted from their inbox.
9.2 USE AND VALIDITY OVER TIME AND SPACE
REMBS Gift Cards can only be used at www.rembsjewellery.com. REMBS E-Gift Cards do not have an expiry date. It is only possible to use one Gift Card per purchase. However, it is possible to combine it with a discount code and other payment methods offered at checkout. The Gift Card balance can be checked at any time by clicking on the link in the gift card email.
9.3 SPECIAL EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The Gift Card is an electronic product whose main purpose is to be used as a payment method. Therefore, Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange of items purchased with an e-Gift Card: Items purchased with an electronic gift card can only be exchanged. They cannot be refunded to a credit card or any other payment method.
Return of items purchased with an e-Gift Card: If the customer wishes to return any product purchased with a gift card, the amount will be credited to a new gift card. If the customer decides to return an item purchased partially with an e-Gift Card, the amount paid via the gift card will be credited to a new card, and not by any other means. The amount paid via another payment method will be refunded via that same payment method.
9.4 PRIVACY
To process the purchase of a Gift Card, some personal data are required, such as: First Name, Last Name, and email address. This data will only be used for the management of the electronic gift card and will not be kept for any other purpose.
9.5 LIABILITY
The issuer of the Gift Card is REMBS STUDIO S.L., which is also the owner of said card. The Gift Card is a bearer document. Responsibility for the use and custody of the Card belongs exclusively to its holder or recipient. The recipient of the Gift Card will be solely responsible for its use and custody. REMBS is not responsible for the loss or deletion of the Gift Card email, therefore no refund or creation of a new Card will be processed. The presentation of the purchase receipt by the buyer does not entitle them to any refund or the creation of a new Gift Card. Unless prior written authorization from REMBS is obtained, the Gift Card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes for products or services marketed by third parties external to REMBS. In the case of purchasing a gift card, REMBS is not responsible for non-receipt or delay in receipt by its recipient for reasons beyond REMBS’s control, such as: deficiencies in telecommunication lines, loss of information, inaccuracy of the Gift Card recipient’s data, impossibility of delivering the card to the email account provided by the buyer, or if the email goes to spam. This Notice shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation. REMBS STUDIO S.L. and the users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any controversy that may arise from access to or use of the website. In the event that the user has their domicile outside of Spain, REMBS STUDIO S.L. and the user submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
